White confetti circles

I ordered 6 packs of them and didn't even use 1 full bag. They were all stuck together and took forever to separate them. Even after I separated some of them, they just didn't fly good once the was tossed. Been trying to figure out how to return the other 5 bags without any luck.

The white dots are sticking together in big clumps

I bought both maroon tissue paper confetti dots and white tissue paper confetti dots. The brown seems to be okay. But, if I had to guess, the white needs its cutters sharpened.

Most of the maroon tissue paper dots are separated. They flow very nicely when thrown in the air.

However, much to my disappointment, the white tissue paper dots are stuck together at the edges where the cutting blade went through the tissue paper. The "chunks" are the thickness and density of a quarter. If I would throw these in the air they would fall to the ground like a dead bird.

I've had to manually go through each bag of confetti looking for chunks, as shown in the pictures, and forcably separate the chunks into separate pieces so they can fly in the air.

For as much as I paid, I would hope it wouldn't be necessary to go through all the bags looking for chunks.

I tried to add a video but it kept failing. The video would clearly show how stuck together they are.
