When will I get my product? 

We ship all of our orders the same day if your order is placed before 2pm CST. Our orders are delivered between 3-5 business days but we do have an option at checkout to have this expedited if you need it sooner. We ship from Dallas, TX.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free, economy shipping when you spend over $100!

What shipping options do you have?

FedEx, USPS, UPS with economy and overnight options are available at checkout.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Absolutely! If you need a refund or replacement please ship the product back to our facility. Once we receive the product, we can issue a refund or replacement to make it right. Please note: We only cover return shipping costs if the product was defective or we sent you the wrong items. 

If your product is defective in any way, please reach out to our customer support staff at info@ultimateconfetti.com for a full refund or replacement and we can send you a return shipping label. Once we receive your product, we can issue a full refund or ship a new replacement to make it right.
