Our fulfillment center is located in Dallas, TX. Orders placed Monday-Friday BEFORE 12pm CST are shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends or after 12pm CST are shipped the next business day.
Transit times will vary based on delivery location. Holidays may add carrier delays.
For time-sensitive orders, please select an expedited shipping option at checkout.
If you signed up for email notifications during checkout, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is shipped.
You can also visit our Account Login page to view all of your order information including tracking your shipment in real-time.
If you do not have an account you can create one using the same email you used when placing your order and it will automatically fill in all of your information for you.
We stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days of the purchase date.
All returns must be in their original packaging and in it's original/unopened condition. Also, please include an invoice number inside of the return package.

Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We highly recommend shipping with a carrier that offers tracking. Ultimate Confetti will not be responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.
Returns and cancellations will incur a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.

Our tissue paper confetti is 100% biodegradable and eco-friendly but may take 4-6 weeks to disappear. If you're looking for dissolving confetti, please shop our water-soluble rice paper solutions.
Our rentals are super easy to use! Simply choose your special effects equipment, what date you need it, checkout and we will send you a rental agreement as well as return shipping labels to send the equipment back.

Please note: custom products need a minimum quantity of 200 pieces and about 6-8 weeks to produce. (This does not apply to custom flick sticks).
Our water soluble confetti dissolves in contact with water for a super easy clean up after an outdoor event! (Also known as rice paper confetti)
The bigger the cannon, the more confetti it holds and the higher it shoots!
A 12" confetti cannon holds about half a sleeve of confetti and shoots about 15 ft.
A 24" cannon holds about one and a half sleeves of confetti and shoots about 20-25 ft.
A 32" cannon holds about two sleeves of confetti and shoots about 25-30ft.
Both our 24" and 32" electric barrels are compatible with our electric cannon bases.
Our EC-1, EC-4, Hydra Gun, and Slingshot all work with Electric Powder Popper Cannons!
