Refund policy

Custom products and confetti mixes are nonrefundable. All Returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase date. There is a restocking/handling fee of 10% for all returned items and cancellations.  All returns must have an invoice number attached to it and the customer is responsible for shipping charges incurred for sending the items back to Ultimate Confetti. Returned products must be in their original packaging and in unopened, original sale condition.
