When will I get my product?
All orders placed by 12 pm CST will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12 pm CST will ship the next business day. Ground shipments are delivered between 2-5 business days, however we offer expedited shipping options. We ship from North Texas, Monday-Friday.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free, ground shipping when you spend over $100! Free shipping is for the continental US only and does not apply to rental orders.
What shipping options do you have?
USPS and UPS shipping options are available at checkout. Unless extra insurance is added to your order, we are not responsible for any lost or missing packages. Please consult with the shipping carrier on further remedies.
